A nominal monthly fee covers the following:

Employers and employees tax
Accounts and PAYE
Transfer of salaries each month and administrative costs
Training
On-site supervision
Experienced co-worker for initial period to facilitate productive and successful start.
The monthly fee will cover the employees salary, on- site training. A supervisor on-site, a co-worker who introduces the employee to the work and co-works with them for the first month. All the bank charges associated with the transfer of monthly salaries.
