A Letting Agency in South West London needs a regular supply of new properties to let out to their database of Professional Tenants. Private landlords advertise their properties on LOOT and Gumtree.

Michael (not his real name) collects phone numbers on LOOT and Gumtree and pastes them into a spreadsheet. He collects about 40 and sends a standard text to them offering the services of the letting agency.

Landlords then contact the agent if they are interested. There is a 10% take up rate, with about 4 new properties being added a day!

Each property that gets let is worth about £900 to the agent!

Michael is an amputee from the war. His right arm was cut off with a machetee during the civil war in Sierra Leone.
